SO EXCITED about CrossFit! and here I want to share our experiences and the things we learn,
love and what helps us succeed in our quest for fitness!
We have some friends that come and workout with us in our garage.. I will post info and pictures.
Our formula is ... Workout Norsemen CROSSFIT style .. and eat Paleo.. (meat, veggies, fruit and nuts) 3...2...1.. GO!
