Happy New year! and in this new year is new beginnings . My husband and I went out with one of my favoritest couples on New Years Eve.. We went to diner @ Good Earth! Yummy! Great food.. I had some delish Gingered yams!
Then we went to see Avatar! OMG ! That movie was spectacular.. We got to see it in 3D.
The other beings in this movie.. the way they moved was amazing! So tuned in to their bodies and environment. I want to be able to move that way.. We can get ourselves distracted by many varieties of events it could be the holidays or family or new situation at work anything.. and we end up loosing sight of our goals. A 100 BURPEES CHALLENGE!
It started Jan 1.. with one burpee then today Jan 2 did 2 burpees.. here is a demo of a proper burpee
So this will be for 100 days.. So that should put us at some time in March for the 100th day.
On the 100th day we will have everyone over and do a group WOD for time.. and it will be obvious if you did not do all your burpees.. this is not homework or in place of any warm up. This is on your own. On your honor.. We all could benefit from core and pushup work.. so ..
